I have to respectfully disagree. I read this guy’s book, and it is completely incoherent dribble mixed with dangerously failed ideas. However look at the power he’s gained....

As for Cortez, O’Rourke, Ilhan Omar and all their ilk I think they are incredibly dangerous. They are young, they appeal to the millennial’s and they will be around for a long time.

Cortez and others' comments show their socialistic goals. I'm going to give the millennials a little more credit. It may take some time but they'll soon learn they can't eat their morals or take them to a store and spend them. That and when they look at their paychecks and see their taxes go up to pay for the programs so their friends don't have to work. Ah, the folly of youth.

I am extremely disturbed by this new spending bill, and the fact that Trump is going to sign it. Even if it is basically veto proof.

Democrats loaded that bill with, poison pills, and land mines, just because Trump wants border wall money, and to keep the government from shutting down again.
Trump should veto it, and declare a national emergency anyway.

I also hope you are right but it was underestimating Cortez that got her elected in the first place. Robert Francis O'Rourke came pretty close to unseating senator Cruz. By the time people actually come to their senses a great deal of damage, sometimes irreparable, can be done.
