My main problem with socialism is that it reduces everyone's lifestyle to be an average. Government provided housing, food etc.. It is like trying to use a .375 for everything. Adequate is good enough. No room for exceptionalism. Reducing humans to an ant colony.

Of course, it doesn't even work as advocated as the guys running it make exceptions for themselves.

I fear the reality check, culture shock provided by a stay with the mountain T!boli culture on Mindanao or marine Badjao people of Tawi Tawi may be too much, too harsh for you. The Ilonggo on Panay Island or even the diversity of infused western culture around Dumaguete on Negros Island may better ease your recovery into reality. The people of the Ilonggo culture are known for their tolerant and loving nature. Or just continue down your rose-colored path of the keyboard faux fantasy of socialism and subsidized solar panels. • Airports
• Seaports
• Mass Transit Systems
• The TVA
• The Post Office (try getting UPS or FedEx to mail something for 78 cents)
• Veteran's Health Administration
• Government ownership stakes in 2 dozen plus companies under the Donald Trump administration, sometimes unwillingly.

At what point will any of these socialist programs force America to become a Communist state?...Must be a really slow burn then.

Bob Nelson has a Rolladex full of numbers and regularly converses with A.H. Member on the phone. That is just a few of many examples of the community we all share. A community you are not a part of and have done your level to alienate, but you see the difference is we’re a group of like minded gentleman with common interests we have our disagreements amongst ourselves but we all have interests in common.
