New Jersey claims computer error in registering non-citizens to vote. Computer error my butt! Colorado does exactly the same thing and does it on purpose. I think many or most blue state operate similarly. This problem was brought up with the 2020 election and I clearly remember left activist judges saying, “nothing to see here” and blocking further investigation… with those pushing the investigation in several states being charged with or threatened with or prosecuted for election tampering.

The folks at Babylon Bee are, as usual, directly over the target. :E Lol:

One positive side effect of the leftist’s continuously calling Trump Hitler.
Is they are now introduced to one person that lived before their existence.

Between the piss poor public education system and the lack of curiosity to know anything about anything that happened before their self-centered existence, Hitler is probably the only person in history that anybody below 25 yrs old knows about.

Gosh, I didn't realize the distance between the conspiracy theory US Navy ship and the downed airliner was 180 miles! That makes this easy in that the open source (unclassified public knowledge) range of the Standard Missile 6 (SM-6) is 130 nautical miles or 146.6 standard miles. The classified maximum range may be more. From Wikipedia which I find to me 98+% accurate on unclassified information concerning most military technologies,

“Estimates of the SM-6's range vary; its official published range is 130 nmi (150 mi; 240 km), but it could be anywhere from 200 nmi (230 mi; 370 km)..." for surface to air targets.

SM-6 Missile launches and the entire crew knows something happened...

View attachment 780342

Now, allow me to backpeddle a bit. TWA Flight went down in 1996, almost two decades prior to the fielding of the SM-6 in 2013. In 1996 the US Navy ships were armed with the Standard Missile 2 (SM-2) with a range for surface to air targets of 92 nautical miles. That is well outside of the capability of even the wildest of Navy-gone-bad theories.

Must be a real challenge to keep the crew of the Normandy, an Aegis cruiser with crew of nearly 400, quiet about that launch for all these years.

Then again, perhaps we can assume that the failure of a single enlisted man or officer to come forward is actually evidence of an even greater conspiracy than was first imagined!!!

Bringing up Republicans in association with a weak point about Hamas is a bit low for you. About 50% of Gazans still support the October 7th mission and those are just the ones that will publicly admit it. I suspect that the actual percentage is a fair bit higher.

As for dealing with the Nazis, didn’t we carpet bomb several areas of Germany? I guess you think that the 8th Air Force crews were barbarians comparable to Hamas fighters? I bet your views of the Israeli military are “interesting.”

We’ve been dealing with the IRGC for 47 years. I think we have shown too much restraint.
It appears my point went totally over your head. I won't apologize for your rush to judgement and failure to understand a pretty simple, uncontroversial point, which is that not everyone in a country, including children, support the ruling party or philosophy.

Now if you understand the International Law of Armed Combat, you would know that the most specific laws governing the targeting of civilians were passed after WWII.

However, when one is fighting a total war, like WWII, what constitutes a legitimate military target expands significantly even under today's agreements.

There has been plenty of debate about both whether or not Dresden or say Hiroshima or Nagasaki were justified from a Law of War perspective, I come down on the side that they were (having actually studied the issue pretty closely), but that might take a more informed conversation than you are likely equipped for.

If you are really interested in my views on the Israeli military, I think they are a highly disciplined, well equipped, trained and effective force. I think they are exceptional on many levels. I think Netanyahu is too aggressive in his policy, but that is not the fault of the Israeli military. I don't visit the bad decisions of politicians on the military (or the population of civilians for that matter).

But no matter how frustrated you are with the Revolutionary Government of Iran, it does not justify tossing aside the Laws of War that America helped build to target civilian infrastructure and kill civilians. Targetting civilians to produce political change is literally the definition of terrorism.

The original news said that Bibi was going to NYC for some function? Not sure about the accuracy of that reporting, but thats why Mamdani was blustering about arresting him
I was hoping to see a show down between Mamdani's cops and Bibi's personnel security, and Secret Service protection detail.
NYC cops and prosecutors (unlike Mandami) are not stupid.

They are all fully aware that an ICC warrant is of no force and effect in the United States.

A buddy of mine owns a bar across the street from UT's campus in Austin and I walked in one evening to hear a friend of mine play music; only to be accosted by over educated and under employed women.

I had unknowingly walked into a gathering of the "Austin Feminist Drinking Club"
while wearing my Keep Calm And Carry Guns- support your local NRA shirt.

The sight of a happy single man wearing a pro 2A shirt enraged them, I was instantly surrounded by angry, irate, unattractive and unbathed women hurling insults and touting the virtues of neo liberalism.

During the tirade one had thrown the insult I was waiting for NAZI, only then did I respond that I was not a NAZI because I hated socialism and would never support anything to do with the
"German national socialist workers party" and proceeded to explain Hitlers policies of gun control, socialist programs and even free vacations for German workers and how Hitler had came to power by the Sturmabteilung or brown shirts being his own personal ANTIFA that enforced political violence and touted the same socialist cries of redistribution.

These feminists were spellbound as I explained that the brown shirts were not only the ANTIFA of their day but they also founded and lead by Ernst Röhm WHO WAS OPENLY GAY and many of the brown shirts upper echelon were actually owners and employees of gay bars.

NIGHT OF THE LONG KNIVES was a term they had never heard before, I explained how all the brown shirts were executed after outliving their status as the useful idiots; then came the pink triangle badges and concentration camps.

"What are your sources for all of this!" yelled one angry woman..... and before I could say a word Josh(Yosh) a German foreign exchange student said......

"History! everything he said is documented, if Hitler wasn't a socialist then why did he promise every German a Volkswagen Beatle?"

I struggle to picture this group of drinking feminists sitting "spellbound" at your lecture.

Having a german exchange student at hand was a cool coincidence.

But for future reference, not "all" of the brown shirts were executed, they had perhaps 2 million members and maybe 200 or so were executed.

Rohm did not found the SA, Hitler did, as a personal body guard for beer hall politics. The SA was founded in 1921, and Rohm did not become leader until a decade later. Rohm was around in the early days and involved in the beer hall Putsch, but by no means was he its founder or leader at that point. By the time of the failed Putsch I am sure you will recall that a fellow named Goering commanded the SA. In fact you will recall Rohm pissed off to Boliva to work as a mercenary for a number of years in there. In the early days of the SA Rohm was more of a Freikorps guy, and they eventually got folded into the SA.

I could go on, but why bother.

Oh...and Hitler never promised a free beetle to every German. I think "Josh" needs some remedial history about his homeland.

First of all councilor - nowhere did I say they were sitting, your manufacturing things in your mind as usual.

Secondly the German foreign exchange student Yosh was in Austin studying German believe it or not and yeah he worked for cash as a bar back so he was around a lot

Thirdly - "I could go on, but why bother" AMEN TO THAT! - Your opinion is worth less to me than a wheelbarrow full of whale shit, so other than seeing your own bloviation in text I don't know why you bother either.

Senator Kennedy always seems to have a way with words. I was reading where he thinks Thune needs to just schedule votes on everything, and he said this: “The sight of the gallows concentrates the mind marvelously,..."

Tell us again about how Rohm founded the SA and that they were "all" killed in the Knight of the Long Knives.

History is a thing that exists outside of your political fantasies and deserves some respect. You obviously don't give a shit about what really happened.

The funny thing is, that my post doesn't contain any opinion at all (except my skepticism of your story) it was necessary to correct things you either lied about or didn't understand about the historical record. Do you think it is okay to publish lies about important historical events? Maybe you wouldn't be so butt hurt when someone corrects you if you chose not to publish bullshit in the first place.

When you start publishing stuff that is simply wrong, your "credibility" goes down the tubes.

I am sure you took either philosophy or rhetoric and so understand the fallacy of composition - or as it is sometimes called - "division" - the art of exploiting minor factual error in an attempt to make an entire argument untrue. One attempts to use a small flawed detail as representative of the whole. Though a fallacious form of argument it is often used in debate or in trials. However, for the life of me, I can't tell what point you are alleging other than trying to call @deewayne2003 a liar?

During the Night of the Long Knives Ernst Rohm was Chief of Staff (Stabschef) of the SA when he was executed. Hitler held the title (Oberster SA-Fuhrer) or Supreme SA Leader. I am not sure it is particularly relevant whether he "founded" the SA or was a leading figure in its founding - which he was. I would also suggest that the comparisons to ANTIFA have some merit. Obviously, the SA were more militarily organized but the roles are and were quite similar. Finally, you are correct, that all the SA were not killed. But the 50 or so SA members who were executed gutted the leadership and relegated it subservient to the German Army. The SS of course quickly assumed the mantel of the loyalist party military organization.

The comment "Hitler never promised a free beetle" is literally true but essentially false - another bit of composition - He absolutely did launch an effort to create an affordable "Peoples' Car" (Volkswagon) that working class families could afford. One could also correctly term it a socialist effort. The Reich sponsored Strength Through Joy organization created a stamp-savings program into which workers contributed weekly. Unfortunately for the German labor class, the war truncated that plan rather dramatically. Though VW's post war worldwide success with the design argues that had Hitler been less interested in lebensraum, it may have worked.

I wasn't at the bar in Austin and neither were you. Nothing you have offered disproves anything offered by @deewayne2003. I would suggest allowing participants to read the narrative and draw their own conclusions would be a more appropriate use of your time.
