If you were at some sort of international hunting event and met Brent and he happened to say "hey look at this", showing you an eye roll inducing picture like the above, would you haul off and call him a low IQ butt sniffer??? Mmm...I think in all my time on here there has been some pretty strong verbal insults..I know having been on the receiving end from a certain specimen in SA who is no longer on here.....but physical threats nope not that I can recall......unlike a certain other forum I can't be bothered with.....so not great....

Is this sort of "humor" appropriate for the office of the President of USA or a high school locker room? I get that Trump likes to troll, that being said, is offending part of one's constituency worth it? Midterms are around the corner.

It's not like Trump created that meme himself. No doubt one of his constituents made it. Maybe even a Catholic constituent.....LOL.

Lets not forget about the recent post by a member in this thread that suggested that the answer to my problem when i asked about telemedicine, was to use a Colt 1911 in .45 ACP.

? I seem to remember condemning that member, something along the lines of you and I certainly not seeing eye to eye but I’d never advocate for you to delete yourself.

No it was pretty plain in how it was worded and when I asked for clarification that member doubled down and said Brent should delete himself.

Wishful, contact the NARA, specifically the National Personnel Records Center (NPRC), holds military service records, including information about awards and decorations.

You can apply for that info online.

His DD214 will tell you that he received a bronze star, but it won’t provide the actual citation that tells you the story of what was done to earn the medal.

I don’t know how well the archives are preserved that far back in terms of citations. There was a big fire in the early 70’s at the national personnel center that destroyed something like 18m files… many of them were WW2 and Korea related personnel…

But I’d still give it a shot..

If you have his full name and any other pertinent information about him, I’ve got a good friend that is an acclaimed military historian.. used to teach history at the naval academy, is now the dean of history at a large university, published several books on WW2 and other conflicts, etc… he might have a good idea where to look for records as well..

The only thing he needs to sort out, is his own unhinged behavior, and sticking his nose into other peoples disagreements with his insults, which does nothing but spark more insults and what you see here.
He does that anytime Redleg and i go at it.
He takes TDS to a whole new level.
Quite disturbing really
