I’m about to order Regnagel Magnum pivot mounts for my 404 Jeffery. It’s a Zastava action and I have a S&B zenith 1-4x24 scope. As the scope has a slightly longer tube than a most scopes and the action is not a magnum length. Would I need an extended front mount or would a regular be fine? Any pics of similar set ups would be appreciated.

Also which lock? I’m leaning towards g9 plus

Talk to Recknagel...... English should not be a problem.

This is my setup (404J) with EAW rings (similar to Recknagel/ERA/etc) and exactly the same scope on a standard length K98 action. I hope this helps...

Thanks for the pic. There is still lots of scope tube left for a straight front mount.

Great looking rifle. Is that a non military K98 with the recknagel drop box magazine?

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?

what kind of velocity does the 140 grains list, curious how they would fit in with my current 130 gr, supply of 270s. maybe a pic of the box data listing vel. and drop. Oh and complements on that ammo belt, nice.
