on a lighter note...

It might be awkward a few times a year at a country club event when you explain you clean and deliver port-o-potties rather than work in finance, but the former can pay hundreds of thousands to millions just like the latter, although the former in higher statistical odds.

I seriously considered buying a Porta-potty company in Colorado a few years ago… it was a “Boomer Business” and the owner was just ready to retire and had no kids to pass the business down to.. he was asking a very fair price based on his growth trajectory and his net earnings (didn’t get any further into due diligence then that)…

I only passed because… Colorado…

I didn’t want to deal with state labor laws and the other associated governmental mess in Co..

But, I have to admit, the guy was making a small fortune just leasing out ports potties to weekend events, job sites, concerts, and a couple of nearby military installations…

It’s a job no one else wants to do.. so he charged a lot, paid his people a lot, and made a lot long the way…

Here's the target for the NorthForks - 25yds off a bag, iron sights. Hunting leopards over dogs the range won't be more than that.

Flew in an airshow in Smyrna years ago, beautiful country.

Best regards,

Franco
