I just give them my confused dumbfounded look, then say... seriously? or are you being rhetorical?; Oh! Was that a real question?...

Depending on situation and scenario... depends on other responses:

1. I get the job...or I get the "job" done.

2. I don't get the job....yet I still get the "job" done.

3. She's a lesbian...I get neither.

4. This doesn't work for me....Damn!...the interviewer is a guy. "I hunt and I'm lousy at golf. Job or no job.....on to next interview.
