I live on a much smaller island called Grosse Ile. It is located in the mouth of the Detroit River near Amherstberg Canada. Our winters aren't any where near as cold as yours. I had a good friend that used to live in Sudbury, sorry to say that he's passed away. I enjoyed visiting him. You can spend many a cold winter nights on this website. My sons and I spent almost a year and a half learning from experienced AH members prior to our hunt last August.
