Running a little behind on our mounts but we won't sacrifice our quality.
Of course a Perfect ear set....eye set and emotion of the stare...facial muscle features defined, Soft tissue look to the face...Structural Zygomatic arches along the outside of symmetrical eye set and more. Skin attachment to the skull where it should be and loose skin where it moves.
Quality just doesn't happen, it's 40 years of experience.

All I can say is "wow"

Thank you. That is enough to say, Thanks again.

That face is absolutely awesome. You captured it perfectly.

Nice work. Well done.

Dennis he looks like he sees something in the grass a ways off and he is starting a stalk.

Very nice, looks great!

I said this when you posted the leopards a while back but I think it also applies here. I have always considered the true measure of a taxidermist's ability to be their work with cats. This, like the leopards, is incredible. Very well done sir.

AMAZING! You are one talented individual. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you everyone..I appreciate the comment like all artists do. My life has been taxidermy since I was 11 years old and walked into a taxidermy shop and said..." These look nothing like real animals" . My family was not into hunting much, pheasant hunting that's all....Not one person in my entire family either side down to cousins had ever gotten any taxidermy ever done. The taxidermy I saw was crap total crap as 80% of it still is these days. I didn't get into taxidermy to get rich, I got into it because I wanted to do it the best it could be done and make it look real. All my posts show close ups of my work. I have yet to see on Facebook websites or any social media or forums close up pics like I take to show the quality of my work. My pictures are taken with a 8 year old Nikon 8mp SLR no special light just room light on a tripod and only corrected with contrast to darken the crappy dirty lint all over it black piece of felt from wall mart for my pictures. I take all my own pictures. No photoshop here. Some say I'm expensive for my work but memories and mounts like all my work I produce that you will look at and touch and interact with everyday of your life is priceless. Compare my work IF you can get a close up of theirs from Wildlife Gallery, Animal Artisty , I was a former employee, Jonas, etc. and others. Many have found out my quality and work is Less Expensive. In everyone of those studios you will NOT know who is going to mount your trophy , your work order will be laid on anyone of the employees workbench on monday morning for the quota for the week. Those that don't know I do every piece that comes into my studio personally! I Thank you all for the compliments and for enjoying my work and pictures!
NEXT LION to post Member huntermn15 Lioness in the most difficult of all pose to pull off perfectly.....ONLY seasoned taxidermist's will understand the difficulty with this pose and anatomy to get it right....And Gizmo's Charging lion...

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.
