New Gun

[Reckless]

Hi Guys. after careful consideration, I took a pass at the Sabatti .470 with too much bad press and being my first double gun I wanted a keeper and moreover, one I could rely on. I have since bought a Whitworth in .375 H&H.
But the good news is (I hope) I have ordered today a new Merkel 140A in 9.3x74.
Has anyone got/used one at this calibre and if so what thought?

From what I understand Merkel makes a good double. You should have a blast with it. Good luck.
