I finally got my 8x68 S and did a little load work while breaking in the barrel. The rifle is a Kelbly Nanook action with a 21" Lila #2 barrel with a Zeiss 3-9x36. Right now I have it in a Remington 700 ADl style laminated stock. Had to inlet for the side bolt release and lengthen the ejection port, but other then that it dropped in pretty easily. Waiting on a Greyboe Outlander but may not switch it out based on how it shoots with the laminated stock.
Using Barnes TTSX 160 grainers over 63 grains of SW Match with a CCI 250 primer it is shooting lights out. Two three shot groups under .75".
It is going to be a tough call between this one and my 284 Winchester as to which one gets pulled out of the cabinet for deer season.
