Muzzleloader in South Africa

thanks guys,We are new to muzzlerloader hunting just started last year 6 month before my sons elk hunt.Would like a starting point to go from when I get there and looks like that could happen.Has anyone found it harder to get muzzlerloader in paperwork wise.

There's no additional paperwork as far as I'm aware...... you might like to consider using one of the firearms import agents to get the import permit pre-issued and help speed up the process though.

PHASA at Professional Hunters' Association of South Africa or Aubrey Kent at aubrey@pelandabasafaris.com are both good.
