Montana Rifle Company Returning in 2023?

As a lefty, I was always interested in their 1999 rifles since they had a good selection available in a backwards configuration, including the big bores. I'm not aware of any other company that has offered a budget friendly lefty rifle larger than a .375 in recent years. Unfortunately, I didn't buy one before they went under. I do hope that they succeed and eventually get back to the big bores and offer them in a lefty version again.

As far as the integral rail, I can take it or leave it on most rifles. I typically leave it and use Talley ring mounts. A big bore needs express sights though, and preferably a quarter rib, so I hope they offer a version without the rail at some point. If the rail is needed for fixturing, maybe they could add an operation at the end to machine it down into a pseudo double square bridge.

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
