If you are looking for Mauser 66 spare parts, here´s one of the largest part offerings in Germany:

For US citizens, also Numrich Gun Parts offer various spare parts.
Unfortunately they don´t ship abroad and meanwhile the homepage is no longer accessibly in Germany...

PS: if somebody from the US would buy at Numrich a spare rifle stock and ship it to Germany, I would be happy...

It seems that Gustav Jehn GmbH, Lippstadt, whom stocked parts for the Mauser 66, is out of business. Does anyone know anything of their whereabouts? If out of business, where did the parts go? Looking for 2 recoil lugs and 2 receiver rings for Model 66 Big Game.

Dirk Brosch hat bought the inventory of Gutav Jehn (filed bankruptcy) :

I love them, but they are weird.

My dealer has about 30, here in Germany.

I have my name on three I need to go pay off in 5,6x57, 6,5x68, and I think the 3rd one is a 308. The cost of the 3 of them was less than 2000 Euros.

He has them in the walk in safe in his shop in my corner, as I have more guns than I have room in the safe for.

Sorry but seriously fugly....was my first thought on seeing one in a magazine years ago....
Unusual design, but compact (10 cm shorter than other actions like Rem 700), robust and reliable (bolt face 30% stronger than k98), easy barrel and caliber exchange…

I like that gun but the more recent version with a single trigger. Maybe one day I'd buy one and in 8x68 S if possible ?
There was a master gunsmith along the German boundary who improved them and here a take-down he made :

Yup glad you happy and like them...but my opinion for me still stands ...fugly....like those R8 and blaser doubles ...at least I am consistent ;) :D Beers:

Aye they remind me of this lost pet poster I once saw and had to take a picture of

I am glad that is going to be on your shoulder and not mine!

There was one on Gunbroker in 10,3x68 RWS. I have an R8 in that caliber, it is a pussycat compared to the mighty 378 Weatherby!

How hard is it getting one shipped out?

We have dealers who are focused on exporting rifles. I think it depends also how easy you can import rifles...

PS: shipping brass from Germany to Canada took already more than 4 weeks...

I’m curious as to European pricing, as someone in Canada has a diplomat for sale in 8x68 for $4000

Just wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service. Ordered some 9.3x62 brass and the delivery was a little short. An email through your website Contact Us link was replied to the next day with the tracking info for the correction. Good pricing coupled with great customer service will see returning customers every time. Thanks again!

X5i scope is perfect - thanks for an easy transaction! Buy with confidence.
Made it to Augusta Georgia yesterday for a meeting, hunt bookings are looking good for 2026 and 2027, had a great time on our Alabama safari shot a rutting deer at 200 yards with 7mm PRC near Huntsville and then headed on to Butler Alabama and semi guided my first deer ever shot a very nice broken off 8 point with hunter there and spend a few days on 1100 acres hunting preserve awesome place!

I am righthanded, so not interested in the rifle, but I have a 375 RUM and 350 gr bullet loading data is very hard to come by. If you could reply with information regarding your loads I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you, Ray Boone, Leavenworth, WA
