I'm not sure what the 'rules' are in S.A., but have you checked any of the local pawn shops? I've found some pretty good bargains here in the states by going to the pawn shops. Might be worth a "look-see".

I could get a Winchester mod 70 308 for R13500...new there going for 15 to R16000.
Got a brand new one out the shop for R13990 including shipping to my door.

Hope it brings you a lifetime of success. Congrats on such a fantastic caliber and what seems a fair price (if my math is right). A lot of folks love those 70's, and I'm sure you're going to bag many a critters with it.
