load help needed for the .416 Rem Mag

id like to try and make a PG load for the 416 RM using the CEB 300gr ESP Raptor but im having trouble with case capacity. the ESP Raptor is a very long bullet at 1.627" with the plastic tip so most conventional powders don't work.

I have some IMR 3031 and some Accurate 1680 but I cant find any data showing powder much faster then H4895.

can any one suggest loads for the 300gr bullet using the powders I have available?
