We are one of Zambia’s oldest safari outfitters, established in 1980 out of a passion for the African wilderness. For us, a safari isn’t just about the wildlife—it’s about the thrill, the sounds, the scents, and the friendships that last a lifetime.
Why Zambia?
Zambia is one of Africa’s hidden gems—home to vast herds of elephant, buffalo, sable, roan antelope, kudu, eland, and the rare black lechwe. With unspoiled landscapes and abundant wildlife, every safari here is raw, vibrant, and unforgettable.
Where we operate:
1. Mukungule GMA (North Luangwa):
A pristine wilderness bordering North Luangwa National Park, home to Zambia’s only black rhino sanctuary. Here you’ll find increasing game numbers—buffalo, elephant, leopard, sable, eland—set against a breathtaking backdrop of dambos, woodlands, and the beautiful Lufila Waterfall where our camp is located.
2. Tondwa GMA (Lake Tanganyika):
Close to the legendary lake, this unique landscape of miombo woodlands, swamps, and lakes teems with life. Puku, warthog, sitatunga, and bushpig are common sights throughout the day.
With Busanga Trails, every safari is more than a trip—it’s a story waiting to be lived.
We look forward to hearing from you and meeting you!
