In the weather window..

Travel planned months or years in advance never seems real to me until I am inside the 10-Day weather forecast window. In 4 days my two sons and I will be flying from ATL to JNB for an overnight at Africa Sky and the next morning, a road trip to Klaserie. This is our first trip to Africa and we all have Buffalo licenses in Greater Kruger. Once we get the Buffalo hunting done (hopefully), we will move to the private @Spear Safaris concession in the North to explore our PG options with no pre-planned priorities. Things are beginning to feel real. My anticipation is high for the first night around the campfire and the sounds of Africa.
