Tap....don't let stupid people steal your joy! You are not in any danger in coming to Zim. nor anyone else for that matter. Certainly not from a safari operator!

Wish you all the best, Tap !

Please remember those words as I'm coming very close to wraping this up. Im just hoping that I can get my $21,000 back at this point but no worries. I'm going leopard hunting with or without it.

Gavin, you gotta give me more time than just a few hours. sheeeesh, that went fast lol.

Wayne has one posted right now. Get on it. :)

Very interesting post Tap.

Now that you are the s*** for asking questions about Zimbabwe and their so called recommended PHs. You feel how it feels when they don't want to help you.
As you know, I have had the same experience with Zimbabwe and my Non Trophy Elephant hunts that I advertised on AH and I was crucified by a well-known Outfitter there. Just a pity that no one knew that while I was hunting in the one block he was hunting in the next for exactly the same animals I was.

The thing is they have a Click and if you don't do and say according to their rules and regulations you are s***. And for your life being in danger, I think it is the most BS story they could ever come up with.

I hope you will find what you are looking for. South Africa has really good Lions and Buffalo to hunt, you might have to hold on for the Leopard this year.

O and welcome to my club "Club dont want you there"

I will give him a call. I can definitely see why people don't post negatively on outfitters, especially the ones in the extremely corrupt countries. I wouldn't hesitate to make my exact same report all over again. If all else fails Im planning on at least going after my dream buffalo. If I cant locate a great leopard hunt my second choice right now is a bongo hunt. I have located a very safe area to go to and its a very exciting prospect for me at this moment in time.

Thanks for all the help and emails guys. I really do appreciate it. thanks billc for emailing me those lion pics. My wife informed me that I cannot do a lion without her. She specifically forbid me from shooting one. She says she gets to be the first to put a large maned lion on the ground. I guess she's going to add one on after my September Botswana ele hunt.

That would be way cool if Terra took a big cat there!

Hi Lance, Hope you well. I collect Mauser rifles and they are very much part of my cultural history in Africa. Would you consider selling the rifle now a year on ? I'd like to place it in my collection of Mauser rifles. Many thx

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
