Very accurate HS Precision PH 375 H&H with synthetic stock that has the bedding block & recoil reduction in butt. The barreled action is stainless w/ satin black cerrocoat type coating. It has NECG front ( fire glow )& rear iron sights & has fluted #5 barrel at 24 inches. This rifle has never been hunted & has been shot 10 times at range for break in & showed very tight group. I have 3 rifles chambered in 375 & have decided to let this one go.
$2750.00 delivered in low 48. Will add pictures when I figure out how.

As I stated in the opening ad , I have 3 rifles in .375. The other 2 are full customs & are in a higher price bracket than this one. The sale of this one will partly fund the build of a wildcat 404 ( .423 ) that I am presently obtaining parts for .
This rifle isn't a CRF but is very well made & testing has shown to be very accurate.
Also there is a typo in the opening ad concerning round count. The rifle has been shot 18 times not 10 as originally stated.

Very nice looking rifle. I'm looking to go on my first trip to Africa here this June, kinda got sucked in a year or two earlier than I was planning and am in a bit of panic mode for a rifle being I took an action to my gunsmith about a month ago to slowly start the process of building me a 375 for next year. What is the action that HS uses based off? I'm assuming when you say this isn't a CRF, you're referring to center round feed? What is the pro or con to rifles that are CRF? What rounds were you using when breaking in the barrel?

I own an HS precision in 243 left hand .
Built for me in the States several years ago and absolutly love it .
I will never part with it , and I have owned many guns over the years .
If anyone is after a good 375 you wont go wrong with this one .
Good luck selling it sunrise , pitty I live on the other side of the world .

Hi WestCo, The action is a custom based off the Remington 700 platform w/ much tighter tolerances & several up grades including M70 style safety; Sako style extractor; extended magazine; custom bolt handle & trigger that is fully adjustable.
The CRF ( control round feed ) action grips the round out of the magazine & holds it as it is chambered. Push feed actions release the round & it floats as it is guided into the chamber. A lot of the rifles built for dangerous game are CRF. There are advocates of both styles as there are of chambers.
The bullets used for break in were 300 gr. Barns ttsx over RL 15.
Thanks, Dale.

Thanks Dory, I have owned 3 and all were very accurate when I did my part.

Glad you were able to sell your rifle!

Thanks,
It is a nice rifle & I hope the buyer enjoys it. I can now get started on the .423 Ruger custom build that I have had on the back burner for the last several months.

I'm unfortunately on a diet. Presently in VA hospital as Agent Orange finally caught up with me. Cancer and I no longer can speak. If all goes well I'll be out of here and back home in Thailand by end of July. Tough road but I'm a tough old guy. I'll make it that hunt.

Nice one there. I guided for mulies and elk for about 10 or so years in northern New Mexico.

Business is the only way to fly. I'm headed to SA August 25. I'm hoping that business isn't an arm and a leg. If you don't mind, what airline and the cost for your trip. Mine will be convoluted. I'll be flying into the states to pick up my 416 Rigby as Thailand doesn't allow firearms (pay no attention to the daily shootings and killings) so I'll have 2 very long trips.
