I was at a stock builder friends house today and he pulled out this take off stock he ended up with in an estate deal. I am thinking it brings to a full length Mauser action but looking for input.
The hole spacing looks to be about 8 1/8” center to center.
Any ideas?
For the money I don’t mind throwing it in the closet for a “someday” project but it seems like it ought to be a .416 Rigby or .404J someday.
