Greetings members,
I need help in locating rings for these style mounts. Rifle is a Steyer Mod S in 8x68S.
Thanks Eric.

Strange looking add ons those, on the actual rifle the bases look to be EAW quick take off bases & a strange in between mount or ring base, sorry can’t help with those, but I would think a set of different rings will fit those bases ?

Looks like mounts for a scope with rails eg. the Zeiss Inner rail system

Consider keeping the mounts and obtaining a scope ment for that system.

Beware that Zeiss, Swarowski and Schmidt & Bender have three somewhat similar but incompatible rail systems. Look for markings on your mount to indicate which of the systems they will fit.

That's interesting, I'd pull it all and start over, that scope is going to sit high with whatever that system is. Pull everything off and re-do with Talley.

Jerome, do you think my last post in rough camping must maybe shift as an article?

Good afternoon,

I'm trying to get in contact with Mr Butch Searcy. I have the opportunity to buy one of his rifles chambered in 577 nitro Express however the seller does not have any of the paperwork with the information about what ammunition or bullet weight was used to regulate it. I know he is not making firearms anymore but I wanted to reach out after seeing one of your post about him.

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl
