Up for sale is a New in Wrap Leupold VX-6 CDS 2-12x42mm riflescope with the Illuminated Fire Dot Long Range Duplex reticle. This scope features excellent glass, the custom dial system allowing you to have custom bullet drop turrets made for your caliber and rifle as well as an illuminated duplex reticle featuring sub-tensions to aid in making fast longer range shots. This is a superb scope for the money. Please note: I included some pics of my personal VX-6 2-12x42 scope to show what it looks but the one I am selling is still sealed in the factory wrapper as shown.

Price is $925 + $15 shipping within the continental US. I can accept bank check/money orders or Paypal (+3.5% to cover their fees). Please PM me with any questions. Thanks!

Wow, good offer. Wish you had posted this a few months ago!

Very nice.... That is about $300 below retail.

Thanks guys, I know someone out there needs a good deal on a great scope (this one and the Kahles scope I posted as well). I am just trying to find a good home for some of my extra stuff and raise a little money for my Leopard hunt later this year. :)

Ditto that....

Agreed, good deal. Like I said, If I had seen this a few months ago, I might have been able to twist my own arm to get this!

This is a great scope, I've owned Leupolds for 35 years and I was absolutely blown away at how bright the new VX 6 glass is. Without a doubt on par with the best Euro scopes at 2X the price.

I just completed a safari for Giant Eland using this scope on my HS Precision 375 RUM and it performed better than I expected. In the hazy lightning from the Saharan dust, I found the clarity of the glass and the firedot helpful for fast target acquisition.

This is my pick for a 375 scope, 2X for close up dangerous game and 12X when you need to shoot that duiker at 150 yards!

Weekend bump. Hoping someone here would like this scope before I go to eBay with it. Thanks! :D

Best of luck, I would certainly be all over this deal if I had not already purchased and opened my new scope a few months ago!

@CAustin in case you're looking at one of these. :)

This seems like the perfect leopard scope to me. So begs the question, what scope and gun combo are you using for your leopard?

This would be a great leopard scope and I am going to keep one of the sane model for another rifle. I like the Z6i for my safari rifles but honestly this Leupy isn't far behind in clarity for a lot less money.

Scope is sold. Thanks!

I'm using a VX 6 but not illuminated. May barrow an illuminated one from an AH friend

It was a great deal, congrats to the person who got it!

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
