Up for trade is my S&W 586 L-Comp. This is a Performance Center .357 mag revolver. It is blued and has a compensated 3" barrel.
This is one of the earlier ones (2011 production, considered better than current production by many). I am the second owner. Original owner sent it to TK Customs in IL for their action job and cylinder hole chamfering ($350) and had the front brass bead sight replaced with a Trijicon night sight (original brass one included).
Comes with the PC case, original front sight, 9 moon clips. Trigger is awesome.
Gun is in good condition with some signs of carry (light polish on the high points, light cylinder turn mark). Just decided I am going in a different direction for carrying (thinking of going to 8 rounds of .357).
These are ~$1100 new plus the action job/chamfering work.
Let me know if you want any other pics.
Looking to trade for a nice bolt action in:
.416 Rigby
.416 Rem Mag
.458 Win Mag
.458 Lott
We will both be responsible for shipping the other direction and any FFL fees each of us incurs.

So educate me why a .357 needs full or half moon clips?

Update on trades.
I just picked up a Winchester M70 in .458 Win Mag this weekend so I am now looking for:
.416 (Rigby or Rem Mag)
.458 Lott

I also still have my Wilson Combat available to trade so I would be happy to do a 2 for 1 for a double rifle.

Thanks!!

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
