For Sale Ruger RSM 416 Rigby

Selling my Ruger RSM in 416 Rigby as it is redundant with my custom 404 Jeffery. Scope is NOT included in the sale. I haven't fired many rounds through this and I don't think it was shot much before I bought it. I don't see any bluing wear and very little wear on the stock. When I bought it I had the recoil plate permanently bedded in the stock, replaced the trigger with a Timney and replaced the hard factory pad with a Pachmayr. This is a 750 series serial rifle, which is the third and most desirable generation of the RSM as it has a smaller profile 23 inch barrel and a barrel band front swivel stud. Balances much better between the hands than the earlier versions.

Pretty nice wood on this one, too. Rifle is ready to go to Africa for that buffalo or pachyderm safari that you have been dreaming about. Asking $1,850 shipped in the conus for the rifle only. Also have three full boxes of Hornady DGX plus 7 rounds, and one full box of Hornady DGS.
