For Sale Custom Sharps Rifle

Custom sharps rifle chambered in 45-70. Modern reproduction built by Pedersoli and branded / sold by Dixie Gun Works. I am not the original owner but understand the rifle started out with a 32 inch octagon barrel that was cut to 28 inches and turned to half round and refinished in matte blue. Glossy urethane on the stock has been stripped and also refinished matte. Includes Montana vintage arms tang sight and the original buckhorn sight. Asking $1500 shipped to your FFL in the lower 48.

I’m not 100% sure. I understand it was the original Pedersoli stock refinished. If that’s correct then it’s American walnut per the Dixie website for the sharps business rifle. That was the model the previous owner started with to build this one.
