Examples or suggestions for Royal Guardian Lion Mounts

lol, come on Bob! Centerpiece for the trophy room!

Rocky Cooper did in fact mount the lions I posted. He also did sell his US business. He and his wife are moving to SA and will have a state of the art studio there. So clients can hunt in Africa and deal with a first class studio there and have trophies shipped stateside. If you have to ask price, you don't need to know my father always said. Just references for poses, not a soliciting business.

One thing is for sure about all these examples, there sure are a lot more possibilities with two lions than just one!

If I remember correctly, the two males aside each other where taken with Tam Safari's.

I guess that will be fine with people that are willing to pay an arm and a leg for taxidermy, because the shipping will be crazy high and I'm sure the taxidermy will be the same price.

OK Royal, very clever! I did NOT ask for examples of PMS, lion style.

The lion may be King of the Jungle, but we all know who is really in charge!

Sure we do. I wear the trousers in my house , my wife gives me permission to do so.....

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
