Not the largest bodied buck I have gotten, but certainly the biggest rack. Taken with the Browning A-bolt, JES rebore to 35 Whelen loaded with special order 200gr Peregrine bush master bullets. Certainly did the job and ended things very quickly.

Not sure how I missed this thread earlier.

Below is the main frame 10 I took in October with the bow on my lease. Buddy took a picture of us taking photos which I thought was a pretty cool candid.

I’ve got another couple 8’s, 9’s and 10’s I’ve been watching around the house. Can’t decide if I’m going to sit for one or not. Had one of the 10’s chasing a doe around the backyard and 15 yards in front of the garage yesterday while I was in there working.

Shooting one on your own property is huge and such a good feeling. Both of the bucks in my last pics were shot on my own as well. Congrats!!!

The one in my post above, as well as my last 3 bucks prior to that, have all been taken on my family property. Embarrassed to say it took a decade to really figure out how bucks use this property, but now that I have, it's turning out to be very productive. I no longer hunt anywhere else, which has the added bonus of not having to deal with the half-assed hunters who would be better off "hunting" on a gaming system, lol.

Hi from Indiana. I didn’t measure the Nevada mule deer rack. I brought the cape and rack straight to my buddy, who is a taxidermist. I will have to get him to measure/score the buck.
