Do anyone have any data for 300gr solid impala bullets in 375HH?
Best would be with Norma 203B (RL15)
Peter.

Tested two loads today.
62 gr N203b -690m/s and 64gr-720m/s.
I hope to use them om a buffalo in April.
Should i stop at 64gr or should i go any higher?
I saw that Norma loads their 300gr solids to 777m/s.

I'd say you've got room to increase the charge. The 777m/s velocity that Norma advertises is right there at what many achieve with a 300gr projectile. So I would increase the charge and use the most accurate load between where you are now and the 777m/s velocity.

But of course I would do this slowly monitoring bolt opening, extraction and the spent brass for pressure signs.

I allways take it easy when reloading. A bit coward i guess.:)
The strange thing is that the data I got from Impala bullets was
60,5 gr Norma 203b (RL15) but Norma list 71,6 gr as Max.
Thank you for your input!

I will be looking for a set of these when my .505 is done... sadly not cashed up right now for these. :(
Need anything in trade?

what kind of velocity does the 140 grains list, curious how they would fit in with my current 130 gr, supply of 270s. maybe a pic of the box data listing vel. and drop. Oh and complements on that ammo belt, nice.
