Ive recently got a C&H chambered for 375 Flanged. I can read on the barrel 270gr and chordite. Any input about loads? Any C&H 375F out there?
Thanks in advance

Hi there

Just taken a quick look in 'Shooting the British double Rifle' (Wright) and there are some Kynoch data for .375 bore Cordite cartridges (1902-1903). For 270grn 40grn and for 320grn also 40grn. These have a velocity of 2050 and 2000 respectively.

It does not state whether these are belted or flanged 375's

Happy to photo the page and send if that would help but there nothing beyond that which is given above.

Hope that helps

If you need brass, I have lots of new unfired brass. PM if you wish.

Good Afternoon,
How firm are you on your Dakota 416? I am highly interested but looking at a few different guns currently.

Best,
BJ

What is the minimum you would take.

I have a Chapuis 450-400 double that looks brand new and shoots well, never been hunted from what I can tell. I am willing to part with it as I have a 375 H&H Sodia on it's way from Dorleac & Dorleac. I am looking for $9,250 for it and if you are interested, I am happy to send you some pictures. Regards,
Steve
