Carpathian Chamois & Red Stag Hunt Great Combo 2022

I want to offer you minimum two species in one trip. Without any doubts to hunt in Carpathian Mountains is going to be one of the most beautiful, and exciting adventure. Here are the conditions:
Price is starting from 8850 USD and is included:

• 1 red stag up to 8 kg
• 1 chamois up to 105 CIC
• 6 days and of hunting (1 guide per hunter)
• 7 night’s accommodation (single occupancy) on full board basis excluding drinks
• Transfer to the hunting area and back to the airport
• All transport in hunting area 4x4
• Romanian hunting license
• Romanian hunting insurance
• First preparation of trophies
• Preparing the papers for the export (customs declarations, etc)

Not included:

• Flights to Romania
• Red stag above 8 kg plus 30 USD/ 10 grams
• Chamois above 105 CIC plus 200 USD/ 1 point CIC
• Roebuck price 700 USD/ trophy
• Rental of the firearm at 65 USD per day if necessary.
• Cancellation, evacuation and repatriation insurance
• Shipping of trophies to your home address
• Drinks, extras and personal expenses
• Additional day of hunting …..445 USD
• Price for non hunter .......175 USD/day
• Preparing the skin for half or full mount 150 USD

Success rate of this hunt is very high, this hunt requires a good physical condition.
Any wounded and not recovered animal will be considered as hunted.
Arrival airport is Bucharest (OTP) and transfer is abut 3 hours or Sibiu (SBZ) same 3 hours.
Accommodation will be in traditional lodge, food will be international kitchen and traditional Romanian food.
Dates for this hunt are 20.09 arrival day, hunting 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 departure.
Please add one more hunting day if you request roebuck.

Hello,
In Romania always we pay by trophy weight in a red stag hunt or by CIC score for chamois.
That’s why I don’t offer fix prices. That is the minimum price for a stag up to 8 kg and chamois up to 105 CIC size.
Because of terrain, the size of the hunting areas is almost impossible to judge the weight of a stag like in other European countries.
Any hunter must be ready to pay some extra money for bigger animals.

Typically, the guides are very good at guessing the weights and telling you before you shoot, and in my experience if they are wrong and its bigger than thought, you pay for the price the guide said. If its smaller than thought, you pay less. Always worth to ask that question though!

Are you weighing the antlers? it's manly parts? 8 Kg is 18 Lbs. 80 would be too light for the body weight and 800 too heavy. Please clarify. Thanks. We are big fans of Vlad the Impaler this time of year!

In most of the European countries price for red stag is determined by measuring the weight of the antlers. In România specially in Carpathian Mountains the genetic variety is high, the males are moving kilometres to get the females and is quite hard to determine the correct weight of a stag. Weight of the antlers depending of the density and also how thick is the trophy. I will show you some pictures just to compare

Same region maybe 10km distance between them.
With Chamois is much easier because we don’t weight, the CIC method to score a chamois trophy is based of the length, opening and thickness.
