Building a .404 Jeff

Hijacking,

Would a model 70 crf in 7mm STW be an ok starting place for 404 Jeff? Or should it just be turned into a 375 hh

Thanks
The box and ramp are already set up for 375. It would be a bit long for 404.

Would love to see some photos of it

I had my .404 built on a CZ550 .375 H&H. Lothar Walther barrel. No real issues. It did need a custom mag box fabricated. Feeds well. Accurate and very pleasant to shoot.

Go for it ! .404 Jeffery is a great caliber.

One of my white hunters had a beautiful .404 Jeffery built on a BRNO ZKK602 action. The donor rifle was originally a .375 Holland & Holland Magnum. And it now cycles & feeds round nosed bullets as smooth as silk (although it does struggle to reliably feed flat nosed bullets).

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
