I am looking at a 2.75" 577 double it has hammers is this capable of using smokeless powder? Sorry if this is a simple question but I have no experience with doubles. Also if this can handle smokeless would it be possible to further ream out the chamber so it could use 3" cases?

Graeme Wright or on this forum Cal Pappas is your man.

I believe these rifles are best used exactly as the manufacturer intended, the proof marks will tell you what it has been tested with, feel free to ask for help interpreting them.

It doesn't appear to have damascus steel barrels and the make is francaise d'armes et cycles de st.etienne

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
