ATV recommendation!

Nothing is a substitute for common sense.

Any got any experience or info on Polaris or Kawasaki ?
Although I'm typ a Honda guy for reliability sake, the Polaris has the best suspension/wheelbase-they are quite safe in all terrain and conditions!!! I have flipped so many of the Jap ATVs (at low speed) because they have an undesirable wheelbase and suspension (the engine does continue to run once flipped-I'll give 'em that!) Do yourself a favor and get the Polaris 500 cc and up....I have a 1999 500 that still runs fine and it's been used for fun, work, and hunting. Very simple to maintain. Many parts could be obtained at an auto store in a pinch, but I've never had a breakdown out in the fields, woods or mountains. They are also the only ATV I'd allow kids to ride (for fear of rolling over and getting hurt with the others.)

I have a Polaris 850, yes alittle bigger than I really need, but sometimes that power has come in handy.
I REALLY love the power steering, once you try it ,you wont go back. However I work construction and whenever the rental equipment company sends a polaris side by side to the jobsite, I tell them to have another s backup as it won't run long.

shaft drive over belt drive always.

@edward It's not shaft drive vs belt drive.
When referring to shaft drive, it means that's how force is transmitted to the gearcase/differential.
When referring to belt drive, it means the ATV has a CVT type transmission utilizing a belt and sheaves rather than separate transmission gears that need to be selected.
Many ATV's (including the two that the OP inquired about) have CVT transmissions with shaft drive.

Sir, I will gladly take that 16 gauge off your hands. I was waiting for your Winchesters but I'm a sucker for a 16 ga.

I bought a great deal of the brass he had for sale, plus I already had many hundred rounds.

How much brass are you looking for?
