I use Gemini (free and easy) mostly for science stuff and wow, unless you know "who's who in the zoo" can be troubling.
Was doing some stuff this morning and the number was different that yesterday, with the same ask. So i have taken to yelling at her, does not hurt feelings. Here was the response:

I’ve posted before, I’m amazed at property owners (of a certain generation that we all know and love) who will ask AI for herbicide, insecticide & fertilizer recommendations and then spend tens and even hundreds of thousands of dollars without so much as even reading the warning labels of products before using them.

Example: a local couple called me up last week because MSMA is not killing a certain weed in their 30ac pasture where their horses graze and they’ve been dealing with this weed ever since they had 2 tons of chicken litter per acre spread on this same property last year.

I asked them what their pre chicken litter soil test said and if they had a restricted use pesticide license…..

“lol we didn’t get a soil test done before the chicken litter was placed and why would we need one lol lol….and why would we need a restricted use pesticide license? lol giggle”

Because MSMA is a restricted use chemical in this state and is arsenic based, therefore NOT labeled for any agricultural field because animals can consumer it while feeding, especially horses who are sensitive to kidney failure if they consume it AND by law you are REQUIRED to have a soil test on file BEFORE you spread chicken litter because phosphorus runoff is polluting our lakes and rivers and hence why it’s a regulated.

I’ve been using chat gpt to decide on either a 2nd plains game hunt for kudu, bushbuck and other species or a black bear hunt over bait in Canada for 1 bear. As after an unsuccessful baited black bear hunt in Quebec where I didn’t see a single bear (with my own eyes) in 5 days it’s an itch I’m keen to scratch and I found chat gpt was very helpful to weigh up the pros and cons of both and whilst I am desperate to get my first black bear, a plains game hunt would be a much better experience and better value for money and is the obvious choice!
