AH Forum Members are Special

@K-man
Chris @CBH Australia was being facetious mate. It's our Australian humour. When we say someone is special we mean they are definitely different in a strange way.
This isn't meant as an insult to people with a disability as this would be unacceptable
It is just used in a different manner.
Eg if someone is talking a pile of crap that should know better you would say they are definitely different or geez mate you must be special .
Dang it's hard explaining Australian humour
Bob
The "Church Lady" on Saturday Night Live was famous for saying, "Well, isn't that special" in a condescending way.

@CBH Australia
So does this one.
For example that big bastard that's always prattling on how bad the 243 is and how great 25s are and how brilliant the 35 Whelen is.
Now that bloke is really kinda special (read strange).
He is like Epson salts.
Alright in small doses but to much of him will give you the shits.
Ha ha ha ha ha ha

I think Bob is really a closet .243 lover and blats and bellows to cover it up. How many you got in hiding, Bob? It's OK to admit it. You're among friends here and several have .243s. Chuckle, chuckle.

@Newboomer
I have never owned and never will own a rifle in that stupid little caliber. If someone gave me one the first thing that would happen is the barrel comes off and goes in my tomato stake pile. Then it would be off to my gunsmith to have either a 250 Savage or 358 win barrel fitted.
I would even hunt in a blizzard dressed in a lap lap than be seen with a 243.

I saw where you hunted elephant with backcountry safaris in Zimbabwe.
Was looking to book an elephant hunt and wanted to know how your hunt went
and if you would recommend them.

Thanks
Mike
hi, do you know about lions hunters, leopard hunters, and crocodiles hunters of years 1930s-1950s
I'm new to Africa Hunting. I would like to purchase a Heym 450-400 double rifle. I'm left-handed but would prefer a non-canted gun. Is anyone in the community considering parting with theirs?
