a better die set for 450/400 3" NE?

#3 is fired, #1 is resized in Hornady. Other pic resized case with factory round.

Make sure you ream out the case neck before you seat the bullet. 450/400 has a long neck and you maybe pushing the shoulder back. A little lube inside the neck may also help.
