I am going to show my ignorance. I am looking for a Remington 700 in 35 Whelen. I have never bought a gun on line. And would like to know what are some sites are that can be trusted.

Any advice would be be appreciated.

You are looking for a rifle in one of the best medium bore cartridges around. By handloading it you will get far better performance out of it than most of the factory loads.
