1959 m70

I found a 1959 m70feather weight in 30-06.
It is rough. Bluing worn, hack job of a recoil pad on the stock. Both sling swivels gone.
Bore possibly pitted.
Any idea what something like that would be worth. I don’t have pictures it’s at a local pawn shop.
Asking $700.
I offered 500 thinking I was pretty much buying a action.

If the action is sound it should be worth $450 to $550 so your offer was in the ballpark.
