Make A Deal ! Maybe the guys a Republican.
@Hedge774 - agree but I “thought” the Question was “What Movie did that line come from”?? That’s bad when I gave an answer to a Question that wasn’t even asked !!I love Sam Elliott, but I don't think he'd make a good stand up comic...
Nope. You're exactly right. He asked for the movie! "Lifeguards" from 1976 sounds a great, cheesy movie about beach shenanigans and gratuitous frontal nudity...might need to check it out. For educational purposes, of course...@Hedge774 - agree but I “thought” the Question was “What Movie did that line come from”?? @Hedge774 - Hold on, the Movie “Lifeguard” had FRONTAL Nudity ? I’ve seen the movie 1/2 dozen times (including in 1976 when I WAS a Lifeguard) and don’t recall any “bush”———now I’m gonna have to see it again. BTW, it was a good/decent movie in 1976 (Not great) but saw on TV a few months ago and thought “why did I ever like this movie??”Nope. You're exactly right. He asked for the movie! I think it was Rodney Dangerfield, but I can't place a movie.Wow, I killed this thread... I'll give a few clues.
Not a western.
From the 1980's,
and it was a famous standup comedian that said it...
Crapgame in Kelly's Heroes. Great movie!Make A Deal ! Maybe the guys a Republican.
I can relate to movies that I watched 20 or 30 years ago being....well, less than my standard today. Honestly, I have never seen said movie. To me, it just sounds like one of those cheeky movies that we used to sneak into when we were kids to see some boobies.@Hedge774 - Hold on, the Movie “Lifeguard” had FRONTAL Nudity ? The good the bad and the ugly , tuco had one of the greatest insults ever uttered “ you are the son of a thousand fathers each one a bastard just like you”There's two types of men in this world, those with loaded guns and those who dig.
The Good, the Bad and the Ugly? Clint Eastwood (the Man With No Name) to Tucco? There's two types of men in this world, those with loaded guns and those who dig.
Secondhand lionsDon't try ridin over this man, boy. Those wrinkles are war maps. Fought Indians, grizzly, and seen 100 struttin peacocks like you get taken down hard. I don't know how you got so swollen with yourself, boy, but you begginnin to bother us.
It's a good possibility that's where the line originated from, but the quote I wrote was from Rodney Dangerfield in Back to School. 1986 (I never saw Lifeguard)@Badjer the Movie was “Lifeguard” released Summer 1976, line was spoken by Sam Elliot and your Quote was Not exact but close. If there is another movie with a variation of this line - I’m unaware of it but it was spoken the the ‘76 Movie “Lifeguard”
Back to School. Will look for a clip of it when I get home...I think it was Rodney Dangerfield, but I can't place a movie.
