I think it is fairly priced. For reference have alook at the Dallas gunroom of H&H.

H&H guns are generally custom ordered to someones fittings, probably this one is too, whether this one will fit you to a T is anyones guess.
Normally I dont or have ever bought a Rifle that I have personally not tried let alone a 20 K rifle. I'd rather drive to Dallas and pick one of these if I chose to. link

I suspect JJ Perodeau could fit the appropriate rings to the mount.,
 
I have heard that JJ largely stopped working on bolt action rifles and concentrate mainly on doubles.

That is correct because he left much of his equipment at the other place in Enid which precludes him from doing traditional bolt action work. However, he was willing to fit EAW mounts to one of my Brno ZKK-602 bolt rifles so there is some work he can do still do on bolt rifles and he certainly has the skill set, only a phone call or email will tell.

That’s what I was looking at the only modern one with the wing saftey was like 33k pounds with scope. Which is way more than 20k us. Interesting not something I ever thought I would consider.

If safety is you main criteria then yes. There is a ~19K, 375 H&H at the Dallas gunroom that comes with decent scope, has some CCH and has some engraving. Probably worth looking or trying to see if it fits.
I'm sure you are aware that Basspro allows you return the gun at your local store or refuse to accept if you for some reason do not like it. Not sure if anything has changed of late.
 
If someone is truly interested, it would be worth calling to make sure there are no rings, or if they would pass along your info to the seller so maybe if present could buy them. Wouldn’t be surprised if they only offered an additional $250 or rhe like the for the scope and seller said I’ll just keep the scope then, with rings attached.

Good looking rifle. The Magna-Porting may hurt its value and limit who buys it.

That is not an Echols rifle but a clone as it has the Echols stock and all the bells and whistles. Lon Paul who built the rifle does great work.
