After almost 3 years, it's time

@HookMeUpII I see I had asked back when you started this thread which taxidermist you used. You said it was one associated with Kuche Safaris.

Do they have a name? Is it Kuche Taxidermy or something else?

Thanks

I might be wrong, but I believe he has his own and also contracts work out to others. Everything I've seen within the import paperwork says "Kuche Safaris" as the taxidermist.

The work is a 6/10. Take with that what you will. I also attribute some of it to the skinning practices. If they don't skin it properly, you get holes in the hides.

Congratulations! Glad you finally got them :D Beers:

I used Bull's Eye Taxidermy, African legacy logistics, and Genus Logistics, i had my 2024 trophies hanging in my house 16 months after the hunt!

I have heard nothing but good about Bull's Eye and Genus. Wish I had used them. African Legacy I haven't heard of but I would take your word for it.

We had no choice on the taxidermist and exporter. Next time, I will, for sure.

African legacy logistics is owed by the brother of the person that owns Bull's eye taxidermy. They made everything seamless and a smooth transition to the airport in Johannesburg.

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.
