Gracy travel MIA?

Joberg is the big hub. Gracy has Bruce and his team on the ground in Joberg to help people with the SA gun permits and help people connect to their next flight the same day or to help people spending the night before another flight to their final destination. Bruce also helps get you through the Airlink flight hassles and cuts the line.

Douala in Cameroon can be a difficult airport as well so Gracy has connections to another service that helps hunters in Douala and the outfitters there also recommend the same service provider.

In other countries, the outfitters have people at the final destinations and those airports don’t see near the hunter traffic that Joberg does.
Good to know. Thanks.

Well I have been blessed, 25 or maybe 26 safaris to my name. 4 to Cameroon, 4 to Namibia, Uganda right after the north opened. The first 15, which included Cameroon, I handled on my own as I then I found Gracy and Gio. Gio organizes my flights and my good friend Bruce, Michael, and rest of his team take care of me in Joburg. Life is easier

I tried to use them several years ago as they were recommended by others, spoke with a man I believe gave all the details, never heard back from them, left a message no return call so I booked at Travel Express and Lori was amazing and after her passing Jennifer was just as amazing as well very Intune to traveling with guns. Call Travel Express and never look back. I cant do business with someone I have to chase.

I’ve used Gracy with mixed results, the one bad result was potentially really, really bad. I switched to Jennifer and have been very satisfied with her service. However, I am sure they all stub their toe from time to time.

Without firearms I would never use them. I am a diamond and multi million miler on Delta. I get better service dealing direct than the travel agents get.

Same here, to Africa with guns yes , otherwise no
Gracy is actually the local travel agency and about a couple miles from my house.
My wife used them to take her mother on a pacific cruise, and she had some hiccups on the way to the boat in San Diego, and during one of the excursions .
The next year a group of 8 of us went out of country on a fishing expedition, and somehow our fishing gear and camera equipment had the import / export permits get in limbo with no resolution. Plus I got nervous about them not being able to schedule a meeting in advance @ their own office here in town.
I am a stickler for detail when I send my wife and her mother ( she has dementia) out of country.

I personally would not want to be on other side of the planet with an issue and no one answers the phone.

I would not be surprised if most if not all Gracy travel agents work from home.

I have contacted Gracy’s emergency number while I was in Africa. They immediately responded (answered) and resolved the problem quickly.

For those not reading between the lines, not all agents are created equal. I do believe they all perform adequately but there are some rockstars that work there, one being Shawn Kennedy, who I will always use.

This applies to all travel agencies. Not all agents are created equal.

Never worked with Shawn but having worked with Nicole multiple times prior to her departure I can assure you, she’ll answer regardless if you’re on the other side of the world or she is. This was demonstrated by her answering immediately while she was in Vic Falls one time.

Good morning. I see that you had a Sauer 202 for sale for $3,000. Did you sell it at that price?
I have one for sale as well. I listed it (on here ) at $3,000 as well. Is the price high, low or right where it should be?

Thanks. Alex. [redacted] in case you want to call me to discuss further. I appreciate your time help and support.

Dave, I could use both of them if still available. I just picked up a new .22 mag and a .22 pump that they would be perfect on.
