This is a pretty good deal for Spain with 2 any size roe deer included and the VAT included in the total price. Somebody should jump on this for some big Roe deer.

Nice offer! Do you have activities for a nonhunting companion?

Yes, absolutely. In fact, this trip is ideal for bringing a non-hunter.

What we usually do is have one of our professional tour guides accompany the trip. That way, while we are out hunting, the non-hunter can enjoy sightseeing in places such as Barcelona, the famous wine regions, and many other interesting attractions. At the end of each day, everyone meets back at the lodge to relax together, share dinner, and talk about the day's experiences.

I hunted with Pablo back in early 2023 (pretty sure I wrote about the hunt on AH). Pablo does a great job.

I took my daughter, we hunted Chamois in Gosol not far from the border with France, and then took a Beceite near Fuentes de Rubelos. We didnt hunt Roe deer on that trip, but saw plenty of deer znd the hunting areas, and it looked very good.

The hunting houses/hotels in the hunting areas were great; usually small and very quaint by US standards but defitnily what you are looking for, and thinking about, when traveling from the States to hunt in Spain. The food is, well, awesome! You're hunting around small towns/villages and so its very traditional, local, authentic, whatever terms you want to use. I would call it an immersive experience.

Its a great way to see "real Spain" outside just the major metro areas and tourist places. Dont get me wrong, you do that as well. We stayed an extra 2 days on Barcelona and Pablo organized a great local guide to take us around the City, and that was a nice add-on. Saw the Basilica de la Sagrada Familia just before it was finsihed and opened. Well worth doing.

Spain/Pablo are very accomodating to the non-hunting traveling companion, and I would not hesitate to do this hunt with my wife.

If someone is interested in hunting Roe deer in Spain, this is a good hut with a good outfitter.

Hi Dr. Ray, I will be in Cooktown from Oct 16 to Oct 23 fishing Lizard Island Black Marlin Tournament.

I have several "slack" days after fishing before I head for stay in Sydney and Fiji.

Do you have any recommendations for 1 or 2 day hunt near Cooktown?

I've hunted both DG and PG in 4 different countries in Africa.
Thank you,
Bob
