Selling my Hill Country Safari 416 Remington rifle.
Features:
Winchester CRF action.
8x40 Heavy Duty Base Screws attaching Talley bases with Talley 30mm QD lever style rings.
Stainless steel match grade barrel with recessed target crown.
Winchester style 3 position safety.
McMillan Supergrade drop box stock with dense, strong, magnum fill. Action is glass bedded. Magazine holds 3 down and 1 up.
Cerakote finish on all metal.
LOP 13 3/4” by my measurement.
Rifle weighs 9 lbs 3 ozs with Talley bases.
10 lbs 10 ozs with Trijicon scope and Talley rings.
Asking $7,500 for rifle and Talley bases and rings and Safari Arms ammunition.
Ammunition includes 30 rounds of North Fork 430 gr Spitzers (2,280 fps) custom loaded for this rifle and 19 rounds of NF 430 gr Cup point solids.
It currently has a Trijicon Accupoint 1-6x24
30 mm scope mounted in the Talley rings. The crosshairs are German # 4 with a green dot. The rifle has not been shot with this scope mounted. It was purchased new.
Add $800 to the purchase price if you want the scope.
