Ever check out a Goodwill store? (I got lucky!)

@ActionBob I know I will pay for this but just can’t resist(lol!) @Just Gina your married to Bob and you sew? lol!!!!!
What? Of course she can sew. And she can crochet about anything. I think she has 4 tons of yarn on hand at all times. I don't know how many sewing machines she owns but I'm pretty sure "we" still have more tractors than "she" has sewing machines;)

I bought a bunch of framed 1920s safari pictures .I hope I can figue out who is in the pictures seen them in books before .

I heard this story from a friend who had a friend who bought a 1965 Mercedes convertible for $500. The guy was looking at car ads in the local paper that covered eastern Long Island. The ad said mint condition, low mileage and that is just what he saw when he got to the house in Southampton, NY. After he paid for the car, and got the paper work, he asked the woman why she was selling a valuable car for such a low price. She said that her husband ran off with his secretary and told her to sell his stuff and send him the money. She said he loved the Mercedes. I heard the story when I was a kid. I’m older now, and frankly the story seems pretty incredible but I still like it!

Once in a while I find myself with a couple of extra minutes on my hands and a second hand store in close proximity. I ducked into a Goodwill recently and in the men's section (hanging with the leather belts), I came across a beautiful cobra rifle sling made by the late (and great) Arvo Ojala! For $5 I walked out the door with it! Keep those eyes peeled folks. Things like this are still out there. My last good score was a full Pacific/Hornady single stage reloading setup NIB for $20. The employees at the store had no idea what it even was!

I have seen some good leather belts at one.
I have found silver plates platers and stuff like that they were selling as plate sliver and it was 92.5

I have found a few good carving kits
One time found Corbon steal ( soligen) how ever you spell the German manufacture with stag handle on them
My father in law liked them so much I gave them to him.

I walked out one day with a pair of whites boots out of Spokane Washington, the smoke jumper versions that had hardly been worn. $5.38 is what I paid for a$350+ plus of boots in ‘98. I think I used up all my luck on that one.

@ActionBob, I need a tractor and I can also be adopted :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Hi Susan, Ross here from Untamed knives.

Jerome asked me to sort out what we would like on an email blast, flyer and such. Do you by any chance have a example of one that I can have a look at, just to get an idea of what to put on it.

Thanks so much for your help

Ross

Hi - the only (best) method of sending you the .375/06IMP data is with photographing my book notes. My camera died so the only way I can do it is with my phone. To do that, I would need your e-mail address, as this
new Android phone is too complicated to upload to my desk computer, which would be easier and to down-grade, reduce the file sizes.
Best wishes
Daryl

Hey Steve, This is Steve Washington we met at KMG last year. I am interested in your Winchester. Would love to speak with you about it. I work third shift and I cannot take a phone with me to work. Let me know a good time to call during one of your mornings. My phone is [redacted]. Live in Florida so I have to account for the time difference.
Look forward to hearing from you.
