Thank you I apologize Ryan tried to help me but I think we were timed out

I've seen a few for sale on GunBroker but the prices that they're going for are just insane! I seen one go for $2,500 Plus without a scope and one that had a Leopold vx2 silver that went for almost $2,900! I sure am glad I bought mine when they could be had for $1,200 and at that time I thought I was paying a lot for it! Good luck finding one at a reasonable price, they're really nice rifles and I wish Winchester would build them again!

Yea seems gunbroker has ruined all our gun classified sections, everyone’s quick to say what they bring there. Too many fees for me, looking to buy at a fair price for fair rifle

And unfortunately driving gun prices through the roof! I recently saw a Winchester model 70 classic super Express in 416 Remington mag sale for over $3,000, I bought one last August and paid $1,500 for it and thought I was paying too much at that time! I don't know it just seems like people are going crazy for large caliber rifles right now, maybe it's the fact that only Browning is building 375 H &H's right now that are readily attainable!

Have a Montana Stainless listed on Guns International....Excellent to VG condition

At that price point of $3000 there are so many good quality 375HHs out there. At $4000 there are some astounding ones.

At today’s crazy prices for mass-manufactured guns you might want to take a look at the quality of custom or vintage guns built on Mauser actions. Not ripping on your original post that you were seeking a stainless winchester, just pointing out that people are asking 2x MSRP for them and you’re now at a price point where there are a great many options out there that are better.

Only looking for Winchester Stainless, I appreciate it though

After a long and determined search, last year I bought a LEFT HAND Model 70 Safari Classic .375 H&H - new in factory box - for $2500. I was glad to get it at all.

I think that was a fine price for a reliable, working tool. Lefty to boot! As they migrate into the classification of "collectible winchesters" its likely new in box guns will climb ever higher in price. As to the "floor" of what a used one is worth, I don't think they'll ever get any cheaper than they are right now because there are so few alternatives at $2500 pricepoint for a CRF safari rifle. Pick your poison for utility-grade used guns, CZ/BRNO, Winchester, Ruger RSM, you're going to be in this price range because there just isn't a cheaper alternative around to satisfy some of the pent up demand for safari rifles.

Model 70s in left hand are scarce as hen's teeth. When they first started making a LH M70 the only way to buy one was through the Custom Shop at WInchester. I got their brochure/catalog and, IIRC, the price was about 2500 bucks even then. I demurred, but always wanted one. Now I have two.

This .375 H&H is being re-stocked to fit me. The factory stock is just too clubby and short in the LOP. Having fitted shotguns has spoiled me.

I just seen today there is a Winchester model 70 classic stainless on GunBroker you might want to check it out!

I have and the sights have been removed, I’d love a mint one or nib if possible, thought I’d spread the love here first if anyone has one collecting dust

I have no idea the shipping cost from here to Costa Rica. I can do my research on shipping and get back with you later today.

I didn't see your request re: ship co’s. My last shipment was 2023. Quotes from SBS Logistics ($1,198), Badger Cargo ($1,184 - used them) & AHG Trophy Shippers ($1,746). AHG owner's an asshole so wouldn't have used him anyway. Eastern Cape - Houston, TX, so your mileage may vary. NEVER use Karl Human Taxidermy aka Wild Africa Taxidermy on Eastern Cape. Trophies arrived shattered with no padding/packing material.
