For Sale

Zastava 9.3x62 Model 70 Rifle. (M98).
UNFIRED in factory box with factory paperwork. I did check it for function and it feeds and ejects just fine. However, I've decided not to shoot it, and pass it on to another rifleman.
I bought this rifle on the spur of the moment, and truthfully just don't have any need or room for it in the safe! My Sako 9.3 shoots so well, I just don't need another 9.3x62.
Wood to metal fit is good for a rifle of this price. Bluing is very nice. The iron sights look very useable, and the stock has some nice figure to it. Just needs to be bedded and sealed. A great rifle for the price, and would make a great customizable gun as well.

$750.00 plus shipping.

I have done a nice oil finish on several Zastava's for people and they finish nicely. Good luck on the sale

I knew it.......Toby’s rifle an gun emporium open once again for business!

Toby you have a nice rifle, I already have 3 custom x62's so I can't help by buying it.
I have finished several Zastava stocks for people in the last couple years and when finished it really improves the look.
Hopefully you get it sold quickly

Already up to $450.

You’re welcome!

Very nice, someone will be very happy!

.366 caliber? Wonder if I could make it into a .416 Taylor with a new barrel?

Yes, .366. It could be transformed into a 416 Taylor, but would require reworking the feed rails and opening up the bolt face. It would be WAY better to start with a magnum rifle for that.

I just started playing with a .416 Taylor. Snagged some of the last 325gr North Forks...ought to be dynamite on Elk or Moose!

I call it my little big gun!

Perfect for elk! Yeah I know it’s overkill for most animals, but I’ve been thinking about a .416 caliber and I have a .458 WM and the brass to make the .416 Taylor, so why not? I just need to find dies and a REASONABLY priced rifle.

Trying to talk my youngest son into this.

The 9.3 cartridge base is larger than .532?

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
