If I understand correctly, I picked the second hunt because US labor day gives me a a day where I won't get charged time off from work (it's piddly but saves me an extra day off) and also the beginning of school which is slow season for me.

When you are restricted to set days off, saving a days pay/a days holiday is significant.

Some of us are more lucky than others though.

Quite honestly when my wife see's that taxidermy bill I may be homeless. All kidding aside most likely Africa will see my ugly mug in 21.

I just tell the wife that taxidermy is like my watches, guns and motorcycles, they never really go down in value. It's more of an investment really.
