Does anyone know what size and thread is used on the rear trigger guard screw of a Zastava Mauser?

The front screw is standard Mauser, but the rear screw (original is missing) seems to be a different thread. This is a CAMPFIRE rifle and like all of them a mess.

The best I can help, with spare parts list below:
(later edit: And after downloaded, I tried to zoom in, and noticed they did not put screw type, only spare part catalogue number... so, not much helpful)

Comment. Zastava works under DIN, metric system.
If ordering parts from abroad, then the best is to try ordering from Zastava USA. But apropriate milimetric screw, cut to proper lenght should work

My Zastava Mauser (Remington 798) has standard Mauser threads both front and rear, I know this because I ordered replacement Mauser action screws from New England Custom Gunsmithing and they worked perfectly.

You may need to clean/true the threads on both screw and socket. Find someone who has a set of taps and dies.

One thing I learned when rebuilding my Springfield 03A3 (essentially a Mauser copy): the rear trigger guard screw is NOT tapped all the way through the tang (though it appears to be). I ordered aftermarket screws that were longer and then couldn't get the rear one to tighten up all the way. There is a reason. By stopping the threads short of tang surface, it is impossible for rear screw to extend into the striker track in the tang, causing the bolt to jamb during cycling. I broke off a tap trying to finish threading the rear screw hole in hardened steel tang.

thanks for your reply bob , is it feasible to build a 444 on a P14/M17 , or is the no4 enfield easier to build? i know where i can buy a lothar walther barrel in 44, 1-38 twist , but i think with a barrel crown of .650" the profile is too light .
